Pacelli Ndikumana practised for two years as an Advocate in Burundi and more than fifteen years as a Registered Foreign Lawyer in London where he has developed his expertise in regulatory, compliance and enforcement matters related to financial institutions & services, white collar crimes, Alternative Dispute Resolutions (ADR), competition law, data protection and privacy law.
He has had experience with top international firms in London, Zurich, Geneva, Paris and Brussels dealing mainly with issues of US & EU regulatory and tax compliance, competition law, international arbitration, financial fraud and regulatory investigations.
His focus is primarily on international arbitration proceedings, financial institutions regulations and enforcement, commercial and corporate law.
